Camera ready artwork is needed to ensure the best print quality possible. Please provide an electronic file via email or on disk to info@alohapromotionals.com. A .eps or .ai file works best. If you do not have either of these file types, contact us for further direction.

Need a logo? Aloha Promotionals offers a full service art department to meet your design needs. Logos, stationary, website, brochures or event custom t-shirts. Email or call for all the details on custom artwork. Every project is different and custom quoted.

We are happy to provide samples to customers and prospective customers when available. However, at our discretion, we reserve the right to decline questionable or non-business sample requests and will charge accordingly for samples we deem necessary.

We will do our best to accommodate rush orders but be aware that some vendors add on a "rush fee". Also, additional charges will occur if expedited shipping is needed.

Minimum order sizes vary based on the product ordered. These minimum quantities are set by each individual supplier and "less than minimum" quantity orders are charge an additional fee. Please be aware that not all suppliers "less than minimum" quantity orders. We highly recommend that you order above the required minimum quantities to be used for your future events.

The higher the quantity ordered the lower the price per piece will be. We specialize in negotiating large quantity orders, so contact us directly for your best price.

We accept all major credit cards including: American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover. All new customer orders require prepayment.
